Be Aslan’s first dedicated operations hire and own the important work that does not yet have a function. You’ll move across recruiting, finance, security, compliance, vendors, facilities, and special projects, building the systems that let a small company scale without slowing down.

Own the path from government interest to funded, contracted, expanded, and durable adoption. You’ll drive acquisition strategy, contracting, budget pathways, and land-and-expand growth across DoD, the Intelligence Community, and federal law enforcement.

Lead Aslan’s highest-stakes deployments and make the product work under real operational conditions. You’ll embed with operators, make technical and product decisions in the field, write production code where needed, and turn deployment lessons into reusable platform capability.

Own the technical direction for Aslan’s AI systems, from agent architecture and reasoning to post-training, evaluation, and multi-agent coordination. You’ll push autonomous systems beyond commodity model capabilities and lead a small, deeply technical team while staying close to the work.
